01 UV Lamp

UV disinfection does not affect taste, color, or odor of your water.

02 Indicator Lights

Indicator lights on the system show the status of the system components. Warning lights appear when system maintenance is required.

03 Safety Cap

The safety cap prevents children from accessing the lamp or electrical components. The special lamp plug ensures that no one can power the UV lamp if it is not in the UV chamber.

What maintenance is required?

Your UV disinfection system operates with minimal maintenance necessary. Just replace UV bulbs as indicated in your user manual and periodically clean the lamp sleeves. Bulbs typically last for one year.

Who should consider a UV system?

We recommend UV disinfection for families living in areas with repeated boil water alerts, homes with private wells, and homes with drinking water that contains high total coliform bacteria.

Do these systems come with a warranty?

Our UV disinfection systems include a five-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on the power supply, a ten-year guarantee on the water chamber, and a one-year warranty on lamps and UV intensity monitors.
